1 year ago (February 2025), I had multiple procedures with AB plastic surgery clinic. The procedures I got are : nose job, ponytail face lift, fat grafting, and genioplasty. Since I had 3 doctors, am going to write a separate review based on my experience.

• Nose doctor (Dr.Ma seong hwan): The consultation with him was very good! He actually takes the time to hear out what I wanted and even checked the reference pictures I brought before giving his professional opinion. I was never a fan of typical pointy, pinched noses or upturned ones. So I expressed that I wanted it to be as natural as possible with no dramatic changes. And that's exactly what I got. I had donor cartilage because i didn't want any silicon. My recovery was a bit hard with many ups and down, mainly because I have very thick skin and the doctor did explain that to me beforehand especially how my nose would be big for up to 2 years. Now that am 1 year post op, am very satisfied with the results so and my breathing is also completely normal. I was worth the pain honestly and whenever I had an issue, he welcomed me back for a consultation to check if all is healing normally, with the CT scans and everything for my peace of mind.

• Genioplasty (Dr.Joe Dong Pil) : If I had to pick my favorite decision ever, it would be this doctor ! Like genuinely. He was very very nice, like I actually was very concerned about having a genioplasty, but he took the time to explain to me in details what is it like in terms I can understand. Not only that he also speaks English. He kept checking on me even after my surgery and asked me if All is well and how my recovery is. I had an amazing recovery, after the initial two days post op, I barely felt any pain at all and my side profile changed drastically. Before surgery l used to do fillers to my chin to even out my side profile changed drastically, but now i don't have to ever to it and I can eat exercise and basically do everything I wanted with no issues. My jaw is as strong as ever. Am sincerely grateful for this doctor.

• Facelift + fat grafting (Dr. Choi Jae Ik) : I had deep smile lines (nasolabial folds) which I was very self conscious about. I tried many non surgical procedures like thread lift, microneedling etc. Which had little to no effect. It was truly frustrating. I came to the decision of consulting together with Dr.Choi for solutions and we decided on doing a ponytail scarless face lift as I was still young in age. The recovery was the hardest, not in terms of pain, but in terms of seeing the final results. It needs so much patience and it was a roller coaster of emotions, but the final result was all worth it. So please if you ever decide to go with face lift read alot about it and see if you are able to have that much patience for it. Like seriously ! Most importantly, my smile lines improved so so much more and right now (1 year post op), am able to smile fully and make gestures with no awkward facial expressions. I also had fat grafting under my eyes which was great! There are no scars at all post op ! Which I truly appreciate . And my results are getting better and better as time goes by.

For people who can't speak English, please make sure to ask for an English translator. I personally had a sweet girl named Jessica as my translator and she was amazing, very nice and helpful throughout all my journey. Very fast at answering my inquiries and a real good assistance. I can't thank her enough. I am leaving my picture before and after for reference.

Please be reminded that this was just my personal experience so do your own research throughly before deciding on anything. Plastic surgery is a roller coaster of emotions and i had so many ups and downs on how my body was healing and adjusting so it took so much patience and trusting the process.
