2. Please remove the tape applied on the day of the procedure in the evening.
3. You may shower starting the day after the procedure.
4. Avoid skin irritation such as saunas, steam baths, excessive exercise, and massages for 1 week.
5. Alcohol consumption and smoking are prohibited for 1 week.
6. Combining exercise with dietary management may lead to better results.
