Lower Blepharoplasty

The procedure aims to make the dark areas under the eyes brighter
and more elastic, effectively improving signs of aging.

Are you worried about scars?

Since the lower eyelid is incised along the lower lash line, the likelihood of noticeable scarring is minimal. This approach aims to improve the appearance of under-eye fat deposits, reduce wrinkles, and achieve a more youthful look, making you appear as if you've reversed the aging process by 10 years!

Lower eyelid self-diagnosis

If the skin located just below the eye area appears stretched or bulging, it is often caused by the accumulation of fat under the eyes. Unlike under-eye fat, this fat is accompanied by dark circles, which can make you appear older than your actual age and give off a tired impression.

Before surgery

Surgery Method

Design

Surgery Method

An incision along the lower lash line is made.

Surgery Method

After removing the sagging skin and protruding fat, the remaining fat is repositioned to fix the periosteum.

Surgery Method

The skin is sutured by pulling it together to close the incision

Surgery Method

After surgery

Removal of fat under the eyes
(+ autologous fat transplant)

*An incision is made in the conjunctiva inside the eye to access and remove the excess fat.
*This procedure is recommended for individuals with moderate dark circles and severe protrusion of fat under the eyes.
*In cases where there is insufficient fat under the eyes to be relocated or overall volume is low, a more effective improvement can be achieved by combining the removal of fat with autologous fat grafting. The autologous fat is harvested from another area of the body, typically through liposuction, and then carefully injected into the dark circles and front cheekbones to restore volume and improve the appearance.

Undereye Fat Repositioning

*The procedure involves surgically removing and relocating fat under the eyes by making
an incision in the conjunctiva, which is the inner lining of the eye.
*This surgery is recommended for individuals who have some degree of skin elasticity under the eyes,
as well as severe fat protrusion and dark circles.
*Because the incision is made in the conjunctiva, there is no visible external scar.
*Excessive fat under the eyes is removed, and the remaining fat is redistributed to areas where it may be lacking.
This helps address both bulging under the eyes and sunken dark circles, achieving a more balanced and rejuvenated appearance.
