Design
An incision along the lower lash line is made.
After removing the sagging skin and protruding fat, the remaining fat is repositioned to fix the periosteum.

*In cases where there is insufficient fat under the eyes to be relocated or overall volume is low, a more effective improvement can be achieved by combining the removal of fat with autologous fat grafting. The autologous fat is harvested from another area of the body, typically through liposuction, and then carefully injected into the dark circles and front cheekbones to restore volume and improve the appearance.
