CASE 01
Lowering of the Incision Line
+ Eye Line Correction
This issue mainly occurs when the double eyelid line design is set too high, the appropriate amount of fat is not removed, or the correction for ptosis is insufficient. Depending on the desired degree of lowering and the amount of excess skin present, a technique known as "picking two lines" can be considered.
CASE 02
Redefining the Double Eyelid Line (Correction of the Eye Line if Necessary)
If the double eyelid has disappeared, it is possible to redesign and recreate the double eyelid line. Surgical options, such as the incision method, may be recommended if there are concerns about recurrence of the same issue in the future. In many cases, additional eye contouring procedures may also be necessary to achieve a comprehensive correction of the eyelids.

In cases where there is over-tightening or incorrect design, it may be necessary to loosen the adhesion of the levator muscle, which could have been excessively advanced or tied. CASE 01
When the Double Eyelid Line Is Too Low
It can be improved by selecting a surgical method suitable for the eye condition and design. If the double eyelid line is lowered due to sagging eyelid skin, the excess skin is surgically removed, and a new double eyelid line is created.
CASE 02
Case With Severe Double Eyelid Scar
The double eyelid line is corrected by surgically excising the existing scar tissue and reducing its appearance. In cases where the eyelid tissue is insufficient, the issue can be addressed by performing a fat grafting procedure to add volume to the eyelid area.
