1. L-Osteotomy

2. Rotation and Repositioning Inward and Posterior-Superiorly
After osteotomy, the cheekbone is rotated inward and moved posterior-superiorly. This process stabilizes and heals the osteotomy site, while also elongating and lifting the soft tissues around the cheekbone.
