I had the facial contouring 3-point surgery and rhinoplasty at AB Plastic Surgery, which had great reviews.

The clinic was very clean, and having in-house translator made me feel very reassured.

On the first day after surgery, I was hospitalized. It was difficult to sleep because I couldn’t breathe through my nose, but whenever I needed something, the nurses came right away, which was very helpful.

From the second day, I was able to rest comfortably at a hotel. On the 7th day, I had the stitches removed from inside my nose and at my temples before returning to Japan, and then had the remaining stitches removed during the second week back home.

The major swelling lasted for almost two weeks, but now, at one month post-op, people around me don’t notice the swelling anymore and instead say things like, “Did you lose weight?” or “Your face looks smaller.”

My nose still feels a bit swollen, but I’m excited to see the swelling continue to go down from here.
