p/s: Photo showed was taken on my 3rd month after surgery
I was very nervous on the day of the operation, but everything went smoothly, and my anxiety quickly went away. The doctor gave me a very thorough consultation, and the surgery itself was completed before I even realized it—by the time I woke up from anesthesia, it was already done.
I had very little pain even on the day of surgery. For about two weeks, I experienced a lot of swelling, but recently it has finally started to go down. My face no longer looks bony or angular; it has become rounder, and people have been complimenting me, saying my face looks smaller.
Although my overall impression has changed, the result looks natural, so no one has noticed that I had cheekbone reduction surgery. I do notice a slight sagging of the skin, so I plan to wait a few more months to see how it settles and then consider treatment if needed.
I’m really looking forward to seeing the final result after 1 year!!
