Got What I Came for and Am Very Pleased

I had a combination of procedures done at AB Plastic Surgery with Dr. Jeong Yeon-Woo in August 2026, including double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction, laser lipolysis to the neck and lower face, and a submentoplasty, and I honestly couldn't be happier.

The care was good from the very first contact. They gave me an initial diagnosis over WhatsApp before I'd even arrived in Korea. I visited the day before for a blood test and a consultation, then had a second consultation on the day of the surgery itself. Dr. Jong Yeon-Woo speaks English, which made everything genuinely reassuring, and the interpreters were excellent throughout (available in both English and Chinese, probably other languages as well). The whole team was incredibly responsive on WhatsApp, both before and after the surgery.

During the consultation they recommended the submentoplasty, which I hadn't originally planned. I was a little wary at first, but they took the time to explain why, and it's made a real difference. I felt well advised rather than sold to (very happy to have done it).

On the day, I arrived at 10am and was on my way out by 5pm.

It was my first time under general anaesthesia, and while it's not pleasant in itself, everything went smoothly and I had no pain afterwards, just some swelling.

The clinic is spotless, they even provide the compression garment for the liposuction. My sutures came out a week later, and they even wrote me a note for customs in case my face had changed too much to match my passport. Warm, thorough, and professional at every step. I'd recommend them without hesitation.
