On August 26, 2026, the 2026 IFAAS International Facial Contouring Symposium for international medical professionals will be held at AB Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Dong Pil Cho of AB Plastic Surgery has been selected as an IFAAS medical lecturer for three consecutive years from 2024 to 2026. He will conduct a lecture and Live Surgery on Korea’s advanced facial contouring techniques for international medical professionals, sharing his expertise in facial contouring surgery.
At this symposium, Dr. Cho will closely analyze each patient’s unique facial bone structure and anatomical characteristics and present precise surgical techniques and systematic surgical strategies for major facial contouring procedures, including zygoma reduction, square jaw surgery, and genioplasty. Drawing on his extensive clinical experience, he will share AB Plastic Surgery’s facial contouring expertise with medical professionals from around the world.

CASE 01 | Protruding Cheekbones and a Strong, Angular Lower Face

Improvement: The prominent 45 degree cheekbones and angular square jaw were refined, while the chin proportion was adjusted to create a smoother, more balanced facial contour.
