Precautions

1. For about 7-10 days after the treatment, freckles or blemishes may temporarily appear darker than before and then gradually lighten afterwards.
2. After treatment, sensitivity to sunlight may increase. Thus, it is advisable to avoid outdoor activities or sunbathing and apply sunscreen thoroughly when going out.
3. While gentle facial cleansing, makeup, and light showers are permissible after the treatment, it is recommended to avoid saunas, scrubs, and massages on the day of the treatment.
4. Sun spots may reoccur. Since they are often mixed with freckles, some sun spots might reappear even darker after laser treatment even though moles improve.
